      We absolutely encourage our employees to provide feedback on their time with CNA National. While we do conduct employee surveys to learn from our team, we try to incorporate all avenues of feedback to help us improve the employee experience.

      lot of changes

      matching 401k (up to 6%)... work from home... competitive pay... excellent co-workers who really care about the company

      Cons

      change is good... only when it makes things better. Company has hired too many 'chiefs' and no 'indians' and they can't seem to decide on the direction to take the company.

      Great people. Good benefits. Overall good working environment. Always finding ways to make it fun to be at work, but still get the job done.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low end for the industry. Someone else stated that tenure is more important than ability- nailed it!
