Pros
Small bank with a great focus on the community. I constantly feel appreciated and I know I can talk to my supervisor about anything that bothers me. Benefits are plentiful, including vacation/personal/sick time, good insurance, 401k that comes with the benefit of having the VP of investment meet with you to give you advice, and great co workers.
Cons
Not a lot of cons, when there is a problem you can go to your supervisor and he or she will provide assistance or call in hr.
