      Awful Work Environment

      Pros

      Pay was really good. Most of the Ops staff were all very nice, except the ones that were family related.

      Cons

      Worked nights and weekends to only have the Loan Officers and CEO yell and demand more work hours out of you. CEO and LO's are demeaning, hot headed and unprofessional. The worst company I have ever come across.

      Pros

      The corporate office is locate in a very nice office in Scottsdale, Arizona. Fellow co-workers were nice and extremely helpful. Management brings fresh fruit daily and orders lunch often for the department.

      Cons

      Not culturally diverse environment. Management shows alot of favoritism towards loan officers. No per diem given for flying out of town for training. Just a hotel room, dinner two nights out of four.

      Pros

      Tiffany Taradash was very nice and real.

      Cons

      Not an equal opportunity employer. Mortgage borrowers are not provided the best possible loan options. All employees have bottles of liquor in their offices. Loan Officers can mistreat their assistants as long as they are top producers. If you are African American don't apply here.
