Company had a very flat management structure. Difficult to hold accountability between departments. We didn't seem to have a clear direction or a definitive plan to achieve preset goals.
Great people, fun to work there, and occasional bonuses when sales are hit.
Cons
Mismanagement at the top that never has to take any accountability for failures. Layoffs of the lower levels are what ends up happening. CARB/EPA rules are destroying most of the profitability and so this market will eventually only have a few companies left with razor thin margins to work with.
