Pros

Flexible arrangements. Office environment. Free fruit! Good location

Cons

lack of support by UK, they put on a “sales” show when they need to; then the same people are left under mass pressure and we are forgotten about. Bullying brought to attention of CEO by numerous members of team and not addressed. States they are a values driven company but it’s not displayed by our CEO.

Pros

PTO is generous, Incentive program is nice, and recent raises.

Cons

In summary, company is going to crap, programs are all bug ridden and the Sales team sells stuff that isn’t ready or working yet. Development cycle leads to nothing but bug ridden monthly updates and free standing fixes. Culture still remains UK vs US mentality. They gave some of us $12,000+ raises after years of being underpaid but really it’s not like we get greatly compensated. it’s really like “here’s just enough where even though most places pay more, the gap is now small enough that we know none of you who are left have the courage to leave”

Get what you can out of it and leave.

Pros

Great "on the ground" co-workers. Relatively high job security. 4 weeks of PTO every year. Flexible WFH structure. A place to get your foot in the door for ERP Delivery

Cons

Extremely poor sales to delivery process with zero oversight. CEO is disconnected from the reality of the day to day and allows poor behavior and business processes to flourish in favor of getting deals done. Pays in the lower end of industry average for pretty much every position. Values are talked about but rarely followed. Work life balance is non-existent depending on what department you are in. High turn-over due to unrealistic promises being made during the sales process. Zero technical tools to help projects/tasks stay on track. Company is very slow to implement meaningful changes and processes.
