I am giving one star because I cant give 0 or -ve stars. Everything about this company can be called fake. They have fake HR policies, no documentation for processes and to top it all, they have no ethical values. No any extra curricular activity is involved here. Earlier, there used to have some games, some celebrations at special occasions, but after some financial cricis everything is stopped. NO CELEBRATION of anything. There is no actual employee bonding activities. Founding team loves to play favourites with prejudice. All the top management pretend to know technology. Apart a few exceptions, others love to flaunt their Apple products. The company has a weird policy of having to serve 3 months of notice period or pay a hefty amount to leave otherwise.

- These guys find new joiners gold and forget about the current ones - Randomly you are assigned with any work - The management is moving towards making this company into a call center like place - Senior's are rude, they talk to you in very rudely and unprofessionally - No fun, They added table tennis and then restricted with time limits and now its gone - Expect you to work like machine, no values to employer. They treat you like slave. - Most of time seniors taunt you personally and torture you for nonsense things - Coffee is good only when the guys from foreign countries are around else its just foam - You have to take the permission from seniors before leaving the office everyday if you try to leave office without their permission they start torturing you by asking irrelevant questions (you will feel like back to school days ) - Politics and capitalism works at its finest here now - Fun activities / Celebrations are rare - No hierarchy followed - Junior level employees are promoted as Head role without knowing anything - Everyone know the salary of all others employees - HR will share you all the salary information to employee - Huge politics - No job security - No transportation - earlier management was good, but it just got worse.
