Massive layoff. Highly micromanaged environment. "Devil dressed like a christian" meaning it is not what it appears to be.

- You will learn a lot about the real estate industry if you can avoid being let go in your first year.
Cons
- Main leadership Team is clueless in how to manage their employees, very underqualified group. - The firm changes direction and strategy on a whim, and with that comes with employment changes monthly. All led by the CEO not having understanding of industry or how to treat people. - Management does not follow the core values preached weekly by the CEO.
