Pros

Good Benefits, Decent work hours, Good Pay, Union. People are great to work with.

Cons

Not family friendly, union shop with temp employees, new management is cold and callous, treat the temps like sh_t and like numbers, Management not empathetic towards family needs only their selfish goals and needs, management runs warehouse operation like a slave factory, don't know why they hire temps when they don't hire them.

None really that I can think of, it’s sad really as I am a very positive person that usually all I see is GOOD.

Cons

Company promises the world and doesn’t come through. When time comes for raises the excuses come out. Too political from upper management and it’s like being in High School again. Too many games with your coworkers.

None. There are literally no pros to working here.

Cons

Definition of a sweat shop, rarely any direction, blueprints, correct tools, time to actually complete a task, but fingers are snap, snap, snapping. Worst place that I ever worked and it is not even close. Only 1 of 5 employees had been there a year or longer.
