Great organization with a noble mission but needs to build a stronger foundation before scaling bigger
Pros
-Everyone is down to earth and are very supportive -Huge focus on mental health and professional development for every employee -Everyone here is aligned on the mission of helping college graduates overcome underemployment
Cons
The org is progressive in many areas, however work load and goal expectations are hard to keep up with as they're always growing and becoming irrational. It sucks that while there's a huge emphasis on mental health, the actual workload can make it feel hypocritical and impossible to achieve balance. Leadership will often feel like workers are complaining too much, but it's not that we don't want to do the work, keeping up with new demands will make it feel as if you're drowning sometimes. Everyone here works really hard but you'll find yourself questioning is it really worth putting your whole soul into this job just to get a quick kudos and then put back through the ringer once more.
