Pros

- Supervisor support - Summers off

Cons

- On April 1st admin announced that we would no longer be able to take our remaining PTO. We were told we were only allowed to use 16 hours for the rest of the year no matter the circumstances. Coworkers reported that they were reprimanded for asking for time off for illnesses, preplanned trips, and doctors appointments. - Additionally, employees can't access their accrued sick time without taking two days of PTO first. - Cora advertises their per diem model as a way for psychs to make additional money. However, per diems were also taken away. Psychs will only do transition evaluations this summer that bring in half as much money as the regular evaluations.
