Very little, but they send flowers on birthdays

there are hideous people who work there, especially in management. however, the worst ones are the women that work in the office in Phoenix. Watch out for knives in your back and favoritism, it's rampant here.

This is a company with a bold corporate mission statement of honesty and integrity. Family owned and operated with loads of very long term employees.

Cons

The problem is that this is a bold faced LIE. As a pm or estimator, you will be forced to lie, cheat, and steal from customers. If you have an ounce of true integrity, you will not fit well in this company. The family owners constantly preach Christian virtue but soil that virtue by their actions. This company is a cancer
