      Pros

      CORE has very interesting projects and clients, mostly in DACH-region. One can enjoy responsibility early on at CORE and everyone is the creator of his/ her own career (speed) at CORE. Partners are totally different in their skill sets and characters but complement each other pretty well. Great environment to experience boutique consulting with steep learning curves and almost no elbow-mentality.

      Cons

      Work-life balance barely existing, as most consultants work 70 - 90 hours a week (incl. weekend work). Reachability during holidays and weekends is somewhat expected.
