      Family oriented Decent pay compared to other jobs Free coffee

      There is no growth in this nepotistic society. Most of the management team can hardly speak english. Deceptive with annual raises. This company is great to get a two week paycheck only. If your looking for more RUN AWAY far.

      Pros

      great team members, associates and lower management make an effort to teach your job assignments. They make you feel like family and very likely you will make friends for life

      Cons

      The management positions are held by family members and it would be very unlikely to get promoted. Management does not trust employees and are constantly surveying them. Employees are paid well below the national average, small benefits and no 401K plan
