Good team members Fast paced, will learn a lot about social service system

Cons

Terrible management, abusive managers Toxic CEO who does not know how the system works, treats the agency like a business Bad managers with multiple grievances will continue to stay there and abuse staff because the agency does not want to pay severance

- supportive and knowledgable team members - Challenging cases so you will learn a lot about the system and resources

Cons

- Toxic manager who will micro-managing you - CEO creates toxic working environment by pushing numbers and benchmarks - A certain manager had a lot of grievances and complaints about her yet her inappropriate and unprofessional behavior still continues. High turnover rates - No bonus and appreciation towards the staff during COVID - Fake performative activism and diversity where most leaders are Caucasians as well as selective open statements regarding political and world issues - Lack of basic cybersecurity and transparency - Late reimbursement on expenses
