Pros

If you can put up with the toxic and unstable work environment you have good income opportunity

Cons

Managers are not available to back you up, training is micromanaged with the trainers doing all the talking and singling out new hires they like oir dislike, sales reps wont support you as a new hire and offer help as you learn the cotg way. Tons of frat boys, no diversity and a lot of gossiping and same people get success with little work if they play the political games.

Pros

This WAS such a wonderful place to work - it is all over now because all of the jobs are being OUTSOURCED TO INDIA by HCL. There is nothing positive about this place to report any longer and that is why so many people like me left for other companies.

Cons

Where to start? HCL and Xerox management lying to us for months when we all know our jobs were being outsourced to India. Benefits were terrible. 401K match slashed, then changed to avoid them making any contributions to employees at all for 2019. Merit increases FROZEN. Everyone jumping ship leaving more work for the poor people who remain. Morale at an all time low- the environment that was once wonderful is now like a morgue.

Pros

Only one, the people that have put so much sweat and tears in to making what COTG once was.

Cons

Terrible oversight and leadership from Corporate. COTG will eventually crumble from the mis-management of clients, revenue, and lack of realistic goals. Benefits will gouge you.

COTG Response

COTG has gone through an evaluation of our business environment and needs, as other companies have experienced in 2017, which resulted in a realignment throughout our business. The result has been, that there were some difficult decisions that needed to be made regarding the organization structure, which affected some our employees. COTG, a subsidiary of Xerox, remains a strong organization that has undergone a bit of “belt tightening,” across the organization. While reductions are never planned, they are a part of business right sizing.
