      Not super corporate, just enough for structure but still allows for you to get things done on your own. Salary is good.

      Pay and bonuses are good. Benefits are also good. Healthcare, dental, vision.

      Communication to the middle and lower echelon employees is poor. Company talks a good game but doesn't always follow through. Decision making by asset management seems to miss the mark at times. No accountability for their mistakes. Lack of transparency
