Hybrid/telecommuting opportunities for many, good vacation after years of service

Cons

Come across as cheap when they refuse to invest in their employees, like to use a bunch of big words that go nowhere, threaten workers with layoffs if they don't perform instead of lifting them up with positive praise and incentives, very high healthcare deductible and low morale

There is a snack room with a couple snacks. That's it, I don't recommend it otherwise.

Cons

Toxic work environment, management will not hesitate to cut you from the company if they don't think you fit the work environment which is a very woke and lgbtq snowflake place. Doesn't matter how many cases u close or the reviews you get, many people come and go in this company regardless of what you have done for them.
