      Pros

      Being a private company that is growing, you are able to wear as many hats as you want and focus on what you are interested in and grow in that direction. You can learn all aspects of a company and how it is run. The opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      With the growth - there is a definite need for more resources

      Pros

      A collaborative work environment focused on navigating the complex and constantly evolving eCommerce industry. The office is equipped with cutting-edge technology and resources, but at the heart of it all are the people. They strike a perfect balance of creativity, intelligence, and fun every day. I can't say enough about how amazing this place is.

      Cons

      Two potential downsides are the location and follow-through. The office is about 25 miles west of the city, which may be a drawback for those living in the city. Additionally, operational initiatives can take time to implement and follow up on, which may be challenging for individuals who prioritize deal flow and a sense of urgency. However, once these issues are addressed, the company is poised for tremendous growth.
