Pros
Most of the people in the warehouse are easy going and along with, you can build great relationships between departments and support each other.
Cons
Loads of snakes and lickers, as long as you won't do favours to management they won't give any monkeys about your rights or existence, having time off feels like they doing a favour do you, for something you are entitled to. Many people here are with mental problems and kept here, it's hilarious. Work ain't hard, but demanding loads they want you to be train everywhere and your pay rise is a joke, there's none. There is no progression to grow, everyone higher up are mostly couple related, your benefits are only what government offers, if they could they would probably give us less.
