Pros
I love working with the team at CPI Interiors because their values mirror my own. It’s important to me to provide my clients with the best customer service possible and the support team at CPI enables me to do that.
Cons
The design consultant role is 100% commission and it takes a little while to establish a client base and following. I treated it like running a mini-business within an established business and it worked very well.
