Awful Experience. Worse Place for Software Career

Relaxed, easy, no pressure place, perfect for people who only want a very low paycheck and have no career goals
Cons
Very low pay, office bullies towards non caucasians, No career advancement for writing software, no promotions, no zeal or push or requirement to integrate modern software stacks into systems, no respect if you are non caucasian (yes, I said it and its 100% true) no matter how much contributions you give to the company. Except if you belong to the "boys club". If you dont well.. People can make software related decisions without bothering to inform you first and when things break, they call you to the rescue to clean the mess or save the day. "Oh it is your job to fix it". I agree but what is yours ? To break things without thinking first ? No exciting work or projects beyond the same mundane tasks. No reward for hard work. Low morale because innovation is not rewarded here. The password reset team and other departments would make you pull your hair out of frustration. The majority of people's software skill sets are very low and you will be making less than people who know or do less than you do. If you propose a new software idea or framework, its likely that it would go to deaf ears. Why ? Because you are non caucasian, you have an accent, so how could you possibly be a smart guy ? Instead we will listen to our " genuises" who have a proven track record of being allergic to modern innovation or change. That is our plan to move foward. Adopt the jurrasic age to welcome the future. Would absolutely not recommend if you are fresh from college and looking for career growth and if you are non caucasian. Did I mention that non caucasians should not come here whatsoever? I did ? Okay let me say it again, Whether you are have 3 PhDs to no degree at all ,if you are non caucasian do not come here.
