Great mid sized MSP with excellent work-life balance. Felt like family.

Cons

Sold to Meriplex Solutions based in Texas. A company hellbent on gobbling up small-to-midsized MSP’s with a goal of becoming the largest MSP the country.

Ticket and call overload - absolutely no downtime and SLAs are violated as a result Higher tier techs have little time to assist - all questions are treated as dumb questions Too many environments to learn with very needy and rude clients Rock bottom pay at this position
