Pros
The brand name Cpl is really well known in Ireland so most organisations are open to what you do.
Cons
The same people have been working in the same roles in this clicky division of Cpl for so long that they are not even aware that there are other jobs out there and that its not the only place on earth to work. The commission structure is mediocre in comparison to other healthcare recruitment companies. Cpl's best performing divisions are companies that are bought as add ons. This leads to competition in house. They are very poor at organic growth or looking after their employees. No health insurance, small pension, very low annual leave, no working time flexiblity.
