Pros

I’ve been working with CPM since January, representing Electric Ireland in a door-to-door sales role. My experience so far has been very positive. Rafal and the wider team have been extremely helpful, supportive, and approachable from day one. The training and ongoing guidance have helped me develop my confidence and skills, and there’s always someone available to offer support when needed. The team environment is encouraging, and hard work is recognised. I’ve enjoyed being part of the company and would recommend CPM to anyone looking for a supportive workplace with opportunities to learn and grow.

Pros

Good working environment overall with many different opportunities, many accounts you can work at. Strong focus on sales development, processes and training. One thing I genuinely appreciate is the level of attention given to GDPR, compliance and induction/training new employees. Many companies on the market unfortunately don’t take those things seriously enough.

Cons

Like in every sales environment, pressure and targets are part of the role, so it’s not a job for everybody. Some accounts can also be very demanding operationally.

Pros

none !!! please read below and you will understand why

Cons

I worked for 7 years with CPM International on the Diageo account and consistently took pride in representing the brand and maintaining strong customer relationships. My employment ended and I subsequently took a case to the Workplace Relations Commission (ADJ-00060486), where it was found that my dismissal was unfair and that the procedures followed were flawed. Based on that experience, I was very disappointed with how the process was handled. After a long period of service, I would have expected a higher standard of fairness and professionalism. I would encourage anyone considering working with the company to take this into account.
