Pros
On-site parking - if that's the best they can offer it tells you quite a lot about the business.
Cons
Pathetic pay. Staff treated like children. Managers of limited experience and weak leadership who have only been promoted through their ability to agree with Senior Leadership team. Senior Leader who is far more interested in being popular than making the appropriate decisions; if a decision was ever actually made. Prefers to be surrounded “yes” people and make decisions that are by consensus rather than the best decision for the business. And the “yes” people are all far too interested in stabbing each other in the back and gossiping with each other rather than making informed and ethical decisions. But she is entirely too protected by seniors who cannot see that the decisions and leadership have created the toxic work environment that permeates the Warrington site. I would be surprised if this site is still active after March 2017. Toxic culture of blame with no accountability for any of the “decisions” made. Leadership team comprised entirely of Women; I am not sexist in any way shape or form but if this was reversed and the SLT were all men can you imagine the cries of sexism that would circulate. They refuse to listen to any insight based on fact and data but rather base their decision making on anecdotal evidence and consensus.
