Management system suited to the size of the corporation and execution. There is enough time to execute plan as long as you follow the budget-contract-execute cycle.
Cons
Argument of best practices among both shareholders and the gas production nomination that always exceed the technical capacity. It's a joint-venture operating company, which means limited upward mobility.
