Very good and dedicated employees that perform certification exam for the business knowledge of the company (focused on financial markets and investment banks) are generally not valued as they should. There are professionals that generate a good profit to the company, but they need more financial incentive. The company's policy seems to prefer more inexperienced employees by not having to pay so dearly for hand labor. Thus, there is great risk of major projects are poorly executed.

We always strive to provide the best financial incentives that we can, however as you understand this needs to be matched with the economic reality in some of our markets.
