      Great Account Management team and support team

      Cons

      Senior Leadership only focuses on the minutia with little regard for the employee or their work life balance. This fosters a hostile environment creating animosity causing a poor work environment. Account Managers are always worried about losing their jobs if they don’t play the game.

      This is a great team of people who really care about helping people hear better and helping hearing healthcare businesses thrive. Being around this level of passion makes you want to do your best everyday.

      Cons

      Employees are scattered across the country, which is fun, but I wish we could get together more often!
