      Decent salary, no call, no holidays, no weekends

      Cons

      Company is not employee centric at all. Very low morale, high turnover. No control over your schedule. Have to fight for a raise.

      An opportunity to be the difference in the healthcare provided to Veterans

      very political and clique-y upper-middle management structure; commitment to quality care is fractured by this. Company owners are not in touch with quality issues in the field.

      Being a medical clerk you would have to wear many many hats and have great organizational and multi tasking skills.

      Pros

      Working M-F between 8a.m.-4:30p.m. Never any weekends. The company pays health benefit for the worker.

      Cons

      30 minute lunches, no raises, no opportunity for advancement and a huge divide within the clinic depending on titles. Plus to amount of work they require for such little wages.
