Flexible hybrid working Communication between teams has improved Products are starting to look a lot more Approachable team members It’s growing and adapting to become a better company for its customers
Cons
Really hard to achieve worth-while pay Progression within teams can be hard to achieve unless a new role opens up or someone leaves Investing in employees training to help better skills in appropriate areas is minimal. Training platform that is provided has non relevant or out of date courses It can be a bit clicky with some team members, but that’s down to them being with the company for so long It can be hard to get quickly made decisions from management team There is some feeling towards not feeling appreciated in what you do
