AVOID!

Pros

some managment can be nice, WFH is flexible

Cons

Pay is absolutely horrendous! No room for growth with this company. You get micromanaged ALL the time. Some of the PM's are just high off their horses and lazy to do anything. If there's no work to do, your hours get cut, meaning less pay on payday.

Pros

- good environment when it isn't busy - the owner seems like a nice guy - comfortable work environment (at times)

Cons

where to even begin... as my title states, CRC Research can be incredibly unprofessional when it comes to addressing issues with their employees. as someone mentioned, being a recruiter (in THIS company) is much of a multi-tasking job, which means be prepared to take on enormous amounts of tasks, some of which do not include tasks which a recruiter should be doing and most of which you will NOT be compensated for! i've done tasks equal to what a project manager's job entails and i've taken on other employees workload all because CRC cannot or does not seem to understand the definition of training their own employees! it literally feels like people get fired every single week which is downsizing the company and adding the workload on those who are still crazy enough to stay. it's truly upsetting since i actually did like this job in the beginning, and i would stay longer than i was supposed to in order to satisfy our managers, but of course, my work was not recognized, instead i felt like i was spat in the face. when i tried to address all these issues to the "big boss" he seemed to laugh in my face and just brushed it off as quickly as he could. CRC has a very bad reputation for how unjust and unfair they can be and you would think they would learn from it and try to do something about it but nope, all CRC focuses on is making as much money as possible without realizing how much pressure they place onto their employees. the project managers, the recruiting manager (oh do not even get me started on her), the "big daddies" as they like to call it, have it super easy compared to the rest of us. they seem to love sitting back and piling on the pressure, it seems they get a good laugh out of it. believe me when i say, one day it is going to come back to bite them in the back!
