Everything but the employees. From a ridiculous amount of time (on call) which your time belongs to company but you're not compensated for to management that has all kinds of fancy certificates but little if any practical experience with the jobs they are supposedly "managing " and don't do much better when it comes to people skills. Hell even the toilet paper in the front office is about 4 ply better than the stuff in back ( just in case you had any doubts on where you rate)... I'll leave ownership alone because there simply are no words.
