Pros
Great people in all areas of business, including senior management. Fun working environment. Dynamic working environment, no day is the same.
Cons
Huge scope of work, not always related to the job. Senior management are all sales people. Sales over proper delivery or quality. Was hired via a recruiter with specificity to help be a no person to improve the operations of the business. Was informed on multiple occasions by senior management“were not a no business”. Office had continual maintaience issues and no ownership. Lots of ideas, no implementation or follow through.
