      Great company; just be careful of one or two supervisors

      Pros

      They spoil their employees. Frequent surprise gifts, if you need something for a home office they provide it, and they frequently have company sponsored celebrations. They make efforts to help you learn more modern tech stacks, and just about everyone there is very warm and easy to work with.

      Cons

      About the only thing I can think of is it is small enough that sometimes an unreasonable manager or two can climb the ladder and get themselves into a position to make those under them very stressed out. Some of the requests are unreasonable.

      Disaster of a company. Management loves it because everyone sucks up to them and sends the mess below. They are completely blind to how anyone else feels. The entire company is unable to have a tough conversation. I amongst others, tanked their workplace of the year award with Indy Chamber and they have stopped applying. That says everything. Absolutely not a workplace of the year

      If you aren’t a favorite, or benefitting by nepotism, you will not grow or be given the same benefits/perks as others. HR is a joke
