      Pros

      None to speak of. No one is happy here but most stay because they can't work anywhere else. Most are felons or drug addicts.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits if you want to call them that. Doesn't care about anything except money. They ask themselves weekly, "how can we make more money?"

      Flexibility, lots of clients, can use offices

      Cons

      Demand on therapists to do more, no credit for no shows or work that is done that isn't paid for. Very poor communication from administration to people who "bill" services. Poor leadership

      I could make my own schedule.

      Cons

      Very bias against women. Do not care about clients--all about the bottom line. Will screw your pay if you question anything in management.
