      Pros

      - willing to take chances on new to the industry candidates - Pay to work resposibility ratio is good

      Cons

      - Sub-contract work with a heavily segmented IT department meaning you won't gain as much relevant experience in other IT niches - Pay to work responsibility ratio can end up with you feeling stuck when looking for new positions outside of CRI.

      Pros

      Immediate coworkers and supervision are friendly.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for advancement. Time is now managed strictly. They make sure that you have to account for every quarter hour. It's a new level of micromanagement that hasn't existed in prior years. Look elsewhere for work--- I know I am.
