Could have higher salary range.

Nothing. Whatever you do comes back at you, more in a blaming fashion. The seniors are'nt helpful at all, rather they pass on comments and try to make themselves superior and make you feel low everytime, you try to make a suggestion. Senior management gives commitment to clients irrespective of the time constraint and expect that to be delivered everytime now and then. Work Life Balance does'nt exist and neither they respect their employees and their boundaries. A couple of managers are stupid enough to bark at his team and to take year end credits without having zero knowledge of coding and analytics. As they will keep barking without the proper knowledge of the very basic thing - 'problem statement' and highlight their employees as a fool. If you are seeing this after getting an offer you are saved, otherwise start looking out.
