To me they provide good salary all depends on how you influence durimg interview/ budget they have, No strict timing, growing company, inhouse project in saas marketing

No proper daily work reporting in marketing team which create mess up during your review period, no pre-scheduled work culture, than marketing head was self centered person with whom no growth will be achieved ever.
