Pros

I was hired at CRM Science as my first job out of college. The team has been incredibly welcoming, and it's like having a second family. I have learned so much in my time here, and am very excited to see what the future holds for me at this company. The benefits are great, the pay is great, and the company culture is the best. There are many opportunities to get to know your coworkers outside of work, as we have a company happy hour at the beginning of every month where we have a great time playing games. I look forward to it every month. The company culture is a very open and accepting one, and everyone knows each other, which might seem hard to believe considering some employees work remotely from places like Tennessee, Colorado, and California. Another nice part about working here is the flexibility to work from home. If you are a local employee, then you can go into the office as many times a week as you want, or you have the option to work from home. The company is also very understanding about anything that may come up in your life. You get a plentiful amount of PTO and the healthcare and retirement benefits they offer are stellar, too. Overall, CRM Science is definitely #1 on my list for places I've worked.

Cons

Honestly, I can't say there is anything bad about CRM Science. They strive to make you better and fully invest themselves in employees that they see potential in (like myself, coming right out of college). I have learned more working here than I had at my two internships and 6 years of experience working with the Salesforce platforms at other companies.

Pros

I've had the pleasure of working for CRM Science for almost two years. Since day one, the culture has not changed. We recently purchased our newly renovated building, and it's a fantastic place to work/collaborate when you are not working from home. Management embraces change and is always open to making our organization better based on employee feedback. We have a limitless delivery team that is continuously looking for ways to make our clients more successful than they first imagined when engaging with CSI. Other benefits: Happy Hours at the office, where we have a few adult beverages and play a variety of games. Winter and Summer parties where if you are out of town, ownership will fly you in for our coworking weeks. Equity Generous pay Great benefits Amazing PTO

Pros

I've been employed at CRM Science for a few months, and I have felt welcomed since I walked in the door. Our office is an open, comfortable environment that cultivates friendships and open communication. The continual training and use of technology are excellent, and there is plenty of room for growth to help you advance your career. The management team are humble, open to communication and willing to listen to suggestions and comments. Benefits are great and complimented by happy hours, game nights and a fun atmosphere. I see the company growing above and beyond!

Cons

All places have some cons but I have not experienced any.
