Business outlook
Pros
Working with the youth was incredible. The organization, City of Lake Forest and all the school districts are very supportive of CROYA. As an employee you are always encouraged to bring your own talents and interests into programming. It was very rewarding and never felt like work. The mentoring of youth was for sure the best part.
Cons
Sometimes very difficult to forget your days work when you go home. You get very emotionally attached to some of the youth and their problems. It is very hard to watch a kid struggle emotionally, socially etc.
