      Cons

      So I had a call from CRS Group LTD. which is a recruiting firm / agency.They told me they needed an employee asap for a warehouse in Patchway and that I can start the same day. Turns out they wanted an employee to replace an employee who was on sick leave for a day due to unexpected extra work load. Every delivery item in that warehouse was around 15-20 kgs and many of them were around 25 kgs too and only me could easily and speedily do the job.Nonsense reasons were made up and I was asked to not come in next day onwards.

      no pros only cons or may could be good commissions which you almost never see it

      They are verbal abusive towards customers, asking you to work for long hours despite your REAL availability and really but really aggressive towards everyone I really had bad time with those people....

      CRS provides a very much needed Energy Management platform for measuring and monitoring energy usage (Wind, Solar, Water, Gas, Electric) for large corporations. Great group of people to work with, smart, funny, collaborative, and driven, with customer satisfaction their top priority.

      Cons

      I enjoyed working here very much, no cons to report.
