Good work life balance Same salary for same grade Strong brand - increases employ-ability Salary revision every three years - irrespective of performance

Cons

Low scope for growth Less clarity on what the organisation is doing - even at senior level Not much job security. Will fire you if they are short of funds or if your work is not in their priority area anymore - even if you have worked there for 10 years

- good leadership, passionate about child rights - values employees, provides a stimulating work environment - opportunity to work on issues that are integral to India's development

Cons

- Certain teams are quite high handed and don't offer enough responsibility to employees but demand accountability - Certain heads of teams scream at staff in public and send toxic emails with employees who report to the staff in CC - Dropped from team meetings etc as soon as resignation is filed, offering no smooth transition period from the org
