Pros

Nice people to work with who were willing to answer my questions, despite not having training included.

Cons

As aforementioned, there was zero training. Very strange situation as our boss was never in the office and you were essentially "thrown to the wolves" from day one and left to figure it all out yourself.

Pros

At time that I left the company, Toby who ran the residential side of the installs was amazing. Phil was incredible as well. Vendors (hired through 3rd party agency though they are your coworkers while an install tech) are poorly trained by their boss if they even receive training. Use to pay incentives for correctly installed appliances though they don't any longer Pay starts at $17/hr now I believe. M-F day schedule. Hard physical work but great if you don't like a boss hovering over you assuming you do your job correctly.

Cons

Potential to get harmed due to heavy lifting over the long, long term. Florida sun. No immediate major cons really.

Awesome training when they have you learn from someone that has being this for over 30 years.

Not really any cons as the company pays you decent , provides work truck and company phone.

Pros

The other techs you work with are nice people.

Cons

Bad managers Expectations that make no sense No real training No part availability Essentially you will be sent all over to cases where you are unable to do anything because there are no parts available.

Pros

I was hired as a Talent Advisor (a/k/a a Recruiter) for a designated region in the USA. I was trained from day one and every day is a new learning experience for me. I am part of a great Team and the best thing I can say about CSC Serviceworks is this is truly a company that "LISTENS" to its work workforce and provides them with the training and tools to succeed!

Cons

I wish I would have gone to work for this company many many moons ago!
