      All the benefits of a small company with the opportunities of larger integrators

      Pros

      -Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning -The work/life balance is fantastic, although this could vary depending on the end customer and the individual project. -New leadership has taken a refreshing approach to work with employees and balance the needs of the customer with the well-being of the integrators -Direct interaction with senior management at the company to voice opinions and concerns -A well-structured team environment when working on larger projects -As noted above, upper management will listen to concerns of their employees and shift projects around if necessary. -If you are passionate about a specific industry or product, that is taken into consideration when assigned to products -CSE ICON is trying to branch out into many industries and not just stick with one specific field -Overall compensation is highly competitive with the broader industry

      Cons

      -Vacation time could be better and more competitive with other companies -Not many other issues. Overall, a great experience

      Top talent, tough problems

      Pros

      I work with some very smart folks and generally great customers on beautifully complicated SCADA systems. The open door policy that management and senior engineers take has made it really simple for me to grow. I've liked almost all of my coworkers.

      Cons

      The quality and atmosphere is somewhat at the mercy of the customer you work for. I've heard we do business with plenty of tough customers, though I haven't had a team I didn't fit in with yet.

      Pros

      Enjoyable work environment. Many people to talk to and ask for assistance if you need help with anything. The management works with you and helps you set goals for yourself. Office events to help bring the teams together also. Many opportunities.

      Actually have no negative things to say about the company.
