The management structure of the company could use some improvements, some people are managers and have not been adequately trained on how to manage people. Some staff are overworked while others seem to have very little on their plate

Many CSG employees work off-site on a staff augmentation basis for public agency clients. As such, its "corporate community" can be fragmented, and employees can sometimes lose touch with management and company culture while in long-term, on-site client service.
