      Pros

      A genuine care for staff. Quality professionals, with accountability and strong recruitment processes. Excellent commission structure. Very flexible employment options.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced anything that would concern me. CSG is a great company.

      Pros

      Supportive and open management team who really listen to you. You are given the autonomy to build and run your own desk. The culture is fantastic - everyone supports everyone, no one is looked down on. Great earning potential and commission structure. I really wouldn’t have wanted to work for any other agency recruitment firm!!

      Cons

      What works in the U.K. doesn’t always work in Australia. They are very different offices and I think that needs to be taken in to account more by the U.K. management team
