Pros
Gave me a good insight in what it's like to work abroad. Taught me how to quickly learn while working. Working with all ages increased my patience tenfold.
Cons
Unprofessional Management. Paid cash in hand and wages varied throughout placement. Varying wages from teacher to teacher based on hours. Home after midnight some nights.

Pros
When I worked at CSLI I had the freedom to teach lessons as I saw fit without an overbearing structure. Fridays were optional, and the people I worked with were top-notch.
Cons
Lack of structure led to unpaid overtime.
