My coworkers are some of the best individuals to work with.

Cons

There are so may broken policies and procedures in this company. There is any easy fix as well and that's simply effective, timely communication. Here if you name doesn't carry weight no one cares what you have to say. So many times I personally have raised concerns regarding communicating to our employees about issues that may occur when new programs are implemented. Due to the fact I am a lower level employee no one cares what I have to say or other individuals like me.

Pros

I would say salary but be warned they expect 10hrs work for 8hrs pay!!!

Cons

Shambolic organisation from the top to bottom. Continual running out of ingredients and components. The Operation teams are all very responsive and willing but are continually let down by poor management communication. Shift Management only interested in furthering their own careers and not supporting others around them.

Hands on experience working on your own network with other departments help improve company processes

lack of support and communication between management, makes tasks hard to complete. Employee culture needs improvement, very few dont follow the changes being made to improve

Pros

Great company with a ton of potential. They have a good market segment, solid growth, and have overcome huge obstacles to stay relevant in a challenging marketplace. Great employees who really do want the company to succeed.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations by middle to senior management. They choose to manage the KPIs instead of actually learning how the business works and then managing the business. Try using the KPIs as intended (they are indicators, not gospel!). Communication across the entire organization is atrocious! Don't be surprised when neither hand knows what the other is doing, and learn to expect the corporate silo mentality at every turn. Mundane decisions are shuffled around until they reach ridiculously high levels because people are more concerned with protecting their jobs than just doing what needs to be done. Too much effort spent on cultivating fear instead of trust. They make money in spite of their work, not because of it.

I can not think of a good reason why anybody would want to work here if they don't have to.

Cons

This has been one of the most dysfunctional companies I have ever seen. There is no communication between anybody and the people at Corp all have the "it's not my job" mentality. The leadership here is nonresistant and seems to change direction every six to eight months. We can't seem to pay any of our bills with some being outstanding 5 months. I'm just waiting for the day my paycheck will not be deposited on time.
