      Pros

      It takes a special kind of person to work as a custodian or janitor. The work is hard and often thankless and people often talk down to you like you’re not important. However, not as CSM. They understand that the cleaners are the life blood of the company and do what they can to ensure the employees are taken care of.

      Cons

      The work is not easy, so if you are looking to loaf, this would not be for you.

      Pros

      Compatible wages, excellent service, awesome human resource personnel, awesome work environment, understandable personnel!! Overall Great Team and Company. Jump on Board you won’t regret it!!! 😎

      Understaffed as everybody is. Better contributions for no complaints or excellent attendance.

      Pros

      CSM had a change of most of the leadership roles. They are really trying to better the company by putting the cleaners first. They have a new mission, which is to help their workers succeed in life. They may be starting with their job at CSM, but CSM wants them to gain knowledge and grow, even if it means eventually moving on from the company to another opportunity.
