Pros
It takes a special kind of person to work as a custodian or janitor. The work is hard and often thankless and people often talk down to you like you’re not important. However, not as CSM. They understand that the cleaners are the life blood of the company and do what they can to ensure the employees are taken care of.
Cons
The work is not easy, so if you are looking to loaf, this would not be for you.
